All products on our site are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will assist you with returning your order. Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item less the original cost of shipping and a restocking fee (if applicable). Please note: shipping cannot be refunded, so keep in mind that if you purchased an item with "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be subtracted from your return refund.
GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO:
- EDIBLE PRODUCTS - Due to health concerns, edible products cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. This includes candy and gum products. Additionally, the colors of the gumballs represented on our website are NOT guaranteed to be accurate.
- CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS - Customized products may not be refunded. These include, but are not limited to, custom printed gumballs, customized coin mechanisms, custom machine productions, and any other item that we usually do not stock and have to produce according to your request.
- ITEMS WE CANNOT RESELL - All returns must be in their original packaging, in never-used and resellable condition.
NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?
- Please email us via contact us and include your name, which merchandise item(s) you are returning, and your original order number.
We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide instructions on where to ship the returned merchandise.
- Repackage the merchandise in secure packaging, the original box is preferred. Include the RMA number on the shipping label or the box. All returned products must be in unused original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
- Using your preferred shipping method, return your product to the address we provided.
- Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email us via contact us so that we can track your return. It is important that you save your tracking number and insure the return package in case damage occurs during transit.
- Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund the original shipping and handling. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.
WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED?
Please triple check to ensure that you did not receive the item(s) ordered. Review your order confirmation email that was sent to
you on the day you placed your order. Note: large orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations and may arrive on different dates. If
you are positive that we sent the wrong item, if you can, take a digital photo and email us via contact us along with your name, daytime phone and order number. We will provide instructions on the return process and will promptly ship out the correct item.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it
has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount less a three and one-half (3 1/2%)
percent cancellation fee.
If you have last minute buyers remorse and decide to refuse a package that we sent to you, please understand that you will be charged for two legs of shipping (outbound and return) less a fifteen (15%) percent restocking fee. Note: this policy applies to items with "Free Shipping" - our actual shipping costs will be subtracted from your return refund.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address being supplied by purchaser and returned to CarouselGumball.com, the purchaser will be responsible for two legs of shipping (outbound and return) as well a fifteen (15%) percent restocking fee. This applies to orders that are being shipped to regular and third party recipients.
In the event that a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by purchaser, we will not be able to issue refunds for products damaged, lost, or stolen.
INCORRECTLY ORDERED ITEMS
To receive credit for incorrectly ordered items, the product must be returned, at purchaser’s expense, please follow the RMA process above, and must be in the same condition as it was received.
In the event that you would like us to provide a call tag for said return, there is a non-refundable fifteen ($15) dollar fee. All returns caused by customer error may be subject to a fifteen (15%) percent restocking fee.
Merchandise must be returned, at purchaser's expense, in the same condition as it was received and it is up to the purchaser to choose a return delivery method that best suits their needs.
For orders caused by customer error, we are unable to issue credit for shipping in either direction.
