Shipping Policy

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders within the continental US and Canada are shipped via UPS Ground. Large orders that can be shipped on pallets will be transported via a LTL (less-than-truckload) carrier. Small packages, parts orders, are shipped via USPS. If tracking information is available, we will notify you by email when your order has shipped. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Please contact us if any problems arise with the shipment.

Expedited Shipping - Email us via contact us if you require expedited shipping. Please include the item(s) you want, the "ship to" zip code and whether the "ship to" address is residential or commerical. We will promptly work up a quote and respond to you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

The products on this website generally ship the same day, if order is placed before noon CST, or within 1 business day. If an item is out of stock the lead time could be extended. You will be notfied by email or phone if an item is on back order. A chart for estimated shipping lead times is offered on each product page.

Our warehouse facilities are centrally located and delivery is between 1 - 5 business days, except for USPS, which ships in 1-10 business days after your order is picked up at our warehouse. For expedited shipping services: Next Day, 2nd Day or 3-Day your order’s travel time is locked in to the given speed you select only after the item leaves the warehouse. You should remember that the estimated Lead Time still applies before the item ships out. Be sure to take note of the product’s Lead Time before you place your order. FREE SHIPPING?

In order to keep your cost down and our pricing simple, we either charge a fixed shipping charge per item or provide Free Shipping. We will not surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees - the price you see is the price you pay. If a product has a shipping charge, it is listed on the product detail page and covers UPS Ground shipping within the continental US.

Please contact us if you want to place a large order that adds up to 200 lbs. or more. These orders fall into a lower cost shipping class and we are happy to work up a quote for you. Orders of 85+ cases of gum and/or candy SHIP FREE.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA OR HAWAII?

Our cart will NOT charge the correct amount for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Your order will be placed on hold until we obtain a correct freight quote. You will then be e-mailed the full cost of shipping for your approval. Additional funds for shipping are almost always required.
